Crystal Decaro
Is the founder of Blossom Family Mediations. She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator with years of experience helping families navigate challenging life transitions. With a background working extensively with at risk youth and families, as well as adolescents and young adults with disabilities, Crystal brings a unique understanding of complex emotional dynamics and family systems. In addition, Crystal has a wealth of expertise in the corporate world, where she led well-being initiatives, drove innovation, and cultivated strong teams. With a passion for relationship-building and strengthening communication practices, Crystal is dedicated to guiding clients toward peaceful, mutually beneficial solutions as well as ensuring all voices are heard and respected throughout the mediation process.
