Yes, when unmarried parents decide to break up or end their relationship, they will need to find parenting solutions that allow them to effectively and efficiently co-parent the children they share. Blossom Family Mediations can support co-parents through mediation to address time sharing schedules, calculating child support, and creating a parenting plan. 

Unfortunately, not all disputes can be resolved through mediation. If the parties involved are unable to collaborate or maintain respectful communication throughout the negation phase, then mediation will likely hit an impasse where litigation may be needed. In addition, mediation may not work in cases that involve domestic violence issues.
